Piroto Labelling Ltd prints custom labels for a wide variety of products. These products include food processing, bottles, medical equipment, personal care and household products and more.

Since each customer is unique, so are their specifications. Therefore, we need to understand your application to select the material and adhesive for your project. 

We consider the conditions which the label must withstand:  

		Is it going to get wet?
		Will it be used in damp conditions?
		Is the application to an item which is to be frozen or cooked?

Consideration must also be given to the product it adheres to. The process of selecting the correct material combination is paramount because unless fully understood and correctly specified, the tag or label will not be fit for purpose.

Once complete, proofed and approved, your artwork will go through several steps in preparation for printing.  As the tags or labels are printed, they are carefully inspected and compared against the proof to ensure colour, size and material are all correct. The labels will then be wound to the required specifications and packaged ready for despatch.

For some clients, it is imperative that we liaise with the machine manufacturer to ensure safe and precise application.  In the case of Fiddes Payne, who were sourcing a new labeller, Piroto technical personnel recognised that the label design, to the positioning required on the container, could not be accommodated.  

Discussions between Piroto, the designer and machine manufacturer were held to achieve the ‘right look’.  All part of the Piroto service!
